Guest Safety and Security

Your safety and comfort are our highest priorities. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following safety procedures and available services during your stay.

Fire Safety Precautions

  1. No Smoking Areas: Please refrain from smoking in bed or anywhere you see a “No Smoking” sign. Ensure that your cigarette and matchsticks are fully extinguished in the provided tray.
  2. Electrical Safety: Do not leave any electrical appliances on or unattended for extended periods. Avoid overloading electrical outlets.
  3. Emergency Exits: Familiarize yourself with the nearest fire exits, fire assembly points, and the location of fire extinguishers in the hotel.

In Case of Fire:

  1. Stay Calm: Do not panic.
  2. Call for Help: Dial “0” to reach the operator. Provide your room number and the location of the fire.
  3. Fight the Fire (If Safe): If you can do so safely, use the nearest fire extinguisher to attempt to put out the fire.
  4. Evacuation: If evacuation is necessary, leave your room quietly without stopping to collect personal belongings.
  5. Close Doors and Windows: Ensure all windows and doors are closed as you exit.
  6. Assembly Point: Proceed to the designated fire assembly point (parking area near the swimming pool) for roll call and further instructions.

If You Hear the Fire Alarm:

Do Not Re-enter: Do not return to the building until you are given clearance.

Evacuate Immediately: Exit your room and head to the Hotel Fire Assembly Point at the parking near the swimming pool.

General Security Measures

  1. Valuables: Please store your valuables in the safe deposit box in the in-room.
  2. Guest Registration: If you are expecting additional guests, please register them at the reception.
  3. Room Number Privacy: Do not share your room number or key with others. Upon departure, return your room key to the reception.
  4. ID Requirements: All guests are required to present identification (passport or ID card) at check-in. A copy will be kept for reference as required by local law.
  5. Report Suspicious Activity: If you notice any unusual behavior or incidents, contact our Security Manager immediately for assistance.
  6. Nighttime Safety: Avoid walking in dark, isolated areas of the hotel at night.
  7. Transportation: For your safety, we recommend using hotel-approved taxis for travel within the city or to the airport.
  8. Security Awareness: Report any suspicious persons or activities to hotel staff to help maintain a safe environment for all guests.
